The West Highland White Terrier, Terrier Group, is happy, loyal, and entertaining. This breed is smart, adaptable, and sturdy despite their small size. Their independent temperament can make training a bit of a challenge, but because of their intelligence, they train with some time and patience. Westies like to run and romp about and do well in a fenced area or on a leash. Its coat is hard with a soft undercoat. The West Highland White Terrier just adores people and makes an affectionate addition to the family and is a good travel companion.
